Cancellations and No-Shows

I charge a 30% cancellation fee for any no-shows or cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment.

In the event of a no-show or cancellation within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment, the card on file will be charged the 30% fee, and a text or email notification will be sent.

Excessive cancellations/rescheduling and failure to follow through on the policy fee will result in one’s online booking ability to be discontinued.

Booking

Massage sessions are booked by appointment only. No day-of appointments or walk-ins.

A credit card is required to book a session. No money is charged until after your service (or day-of service cancellation/no-show fee) and you have the option to checkout with the card on file, another card, or cash.

Please leave a cell phone number when booking so you can receive text notifications and confirmations.

Late Arrival

In the event of a late arrival, the session will be shortened the amount of minutes that the client is late, as to not disrupt the planned appointment times for following clients. The shortened session will cost the same rate as the duration booked.
